It is also the place, where brother Roger started his ecumenical community in 1940. These days thousands of mainly young pilgrims visit the community every week. In one spirit, people of different Christian denominations unite for one week program to pray, work and talk together. The brothers and community organise the European youth meetings at the end of each year in major cities across Europe. I found these meetings and the community in accordance with my persuasions, which go along unity, tolerance and learning about other foreign nations. The spirit of the community focuses on the simplicity and peace. And I beleave, to achive it we, as people, should concentrate on things that unite us and put aside things that separate us.
