South East Asian Swiftlet nest is made of spittle of the bird and is wildly used as delicacy in Chinese cooking and medicine. The swiftlets live in caves and gradually build their nests of their saliva. When this process is finished and the bird is ready to lay its eggs, nest collectors arrive and snatch their nests.
